Returns — 4 Simple Steps
Follow these quick steps to request an RMA and return your order.

Request an RMA
Email our Returns team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a pre-paid return shipping label (if applicable). Include your order number and the items you want to return.
Pack your order
Place the items securely in the original packaging if possible and include the RMA document inside the package so our team can match your return to your order.
Attach the shipping label
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the package. Drop the package off at the carrier specified on your label (for example, FedEx).
We process your return
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, send a gift card, or ship an exchange item per your request.
Tip: Start your return as soon as possible — limited stock and processing windows may apply.
